Greenhouses

I don't know about where you live, but way up here in the north we can't grow tomatoes, peppers, beans & squash without some protection. I've been researching greenhouse design. The standare greenhouse dsign we are used to seeing was invented in Holland for mild maritime areas, not inland cold places where conserving energy is important not just raising the temp a few degrees. If you are interested I'll share a little of what I've found out.

Indoor Gardening Tips

I've been an organic gardener since my mom sent me out as a kid to weed the beans & potatoes. She was an organic gardener before the name was invented. I'd love to swap tips & ideas on all home gardening -- especially vegetables & fruits--Flowers too but I lean toward things I can munch on or serve at the dinner table.
I haven't got a digital camera or scanner so I'll have to work at getting a picture into the computer so I can put one on the site.
